Evette Berel

Evette began working with GVD in 2016 and has many years’ experience in property management, accounting, and office management. With her experience in property management, Evette easily took on the role of Asset Manager for all of the GVD properties coordinating with the property management company as well as the construction team to facilitate the post construction transition as well as ongoing improvements and maintenance at the properties. Evette also works as a Project Manager facilitating budgeting and scheduling with the field team, vendors, and contractors.
