With a passion for developing and constructing quality projects, Gene began GVD Companies nearly 30 years ago. He has developed, designed, constructed, and managed many types of projects during that time including multi-family, residential, commercial office, commercial retail, and industrial. Gene oversees the operations of GVD Companies working closely with our Team leaders to bring a superior product to our markets as well as building the future of our companies. As the developer, builder, and owner of each of our projects, Gene takes pride in making sure every project is completed and maintained to the highest quality standards. Gene’s mission for GVD is to provide a quality housing product and fill a need for luxury rental communities in underutilized markets.
