Jeff Haygood

Jeff began with GVD Companies in 2012 as an Assistant Superintendent quickly transitioning to Senior Project Manager and is now heavily involved with the GVD Real Estate Development Team. As Jeff has grown within GVD, he has acquired extensive knowledge of HUD 221(d)4 loans and is now leading our Consulting services to guide borrowers and contractors through the HUD 221(d)4 development and construction process to help them secure all the benefits associated with HUD financing.
